Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Future Hope membership shall be open to any Christian individuals who are passionate about poverty issues, education, technology, careers and development. 
2. Volunteers or donors need not share the same faith as Future Hope.
3. Continuing membership is contingent upon fulfilling all member commitment stated below.
4. Must be at least 18 years of age to apply for membership.
5. The monthly membership fee is $40.
6. The deadline for the monthly membership fee will be the 10th day of each month.  If missed two payments in a year, membership will be terminated.  Membership can be reinstated if a petition to re-join membership is approved.
7. Membership fees paid are not refundable. 
8. Membership is not transferable, unless stated otherwise.
9. If approved, membership will starts on the following month of the date of approval by the Board.
10. Any member may resign by filing a written resignation with the secretary of Future Hope, but such resignation shall not relieve the member so resigning of the obligation to pay any dues, assessments, or other charges accrued and unpaid.
11. As a member of Future Hope, you are committed to the followings:
    • Pray for the target community members and Future Hope members regularly.
    • Answer emails from Future Hope members and contribute to the email community.
    • Contribute expertise to the target community.
    • Pay monthly membership fee to support the target community.
    • Must attend at least one meeting per year or more frequent to discuss issues and to implement solutions.
12. Future Hope reserves the right to approve / disapprove any application and is not required to disclose the reason for the rejection.
13. Future Hope reserves the right to terminate / cancel any membership without refund for failing to fulfill the member commitment.  Appeal against termination of membership may be made to the Future Hope Board of Directors.
