Andy Liu, Director/President

Having traveled extensively throughout the developing world, a small community in El Salvador captured Andy's attention and led to the beginnings of Future Hope. As an entrepreneur and a trained engineer, Andy has a deep passion for integrating entrepreneurship and technology education in developing sustaining communities. He has successfully founded and sold several technology companies, and was named one of Puget Sound Business Journal's "Forty under Forty" in 2002. 


Paul Dunscomb, Director/Vice President

With experience in electrical engineering, IT, and technology project management, Paul joined Future Hope as one of its founding members. Over the course of his involvement, including 3 trips to El Salvador, Paul has served in a primarily technical and logistical capacity. He has coordinated the setup of the pilot program's computer lab, and worked with community leaders on training and other ongoing maintenance tasks.

Vivien Ng, Executive Director/Secretary

Vivien Ng is a senior software engineer. She has worked in various start-ups as well as established companies in the high-tech industry. She had also served in different leadership roles in her church and has participated in short-term mission trips to Mexico. Vivien was introduced to the vision of Future Hope by Andy Liu in 2003, and eventually helped incorporate the organization. She desires to use technology and contribute her time to help the underprivileged.
